They strive to make every journey effortless by delivering seamless ticket purchases and upgrades from your mobile.
My Role
I was hired by Seatfrog in June 2021 to assist in a complete app UI refresh and design system update (moving to Figma). I also worked on new feature flows across the app.

Ticket Reservation Flow
My first task was to create a user journey that provided as little friction as possible and allowed for a hassle-free experience when changing a ticket reservation. Below are some of my initial steps:
Audit and research market competitors
Identify pain points in the current ticket reservation flow
Wireframe and prototype suggested new flows for feedback

UI Design Refresh
I then focused on the UI design refresh of current and new features in the app. These included: searching, purchasing, upgrading and swapping tickets. I crafted designs for both iOS and Android devices and light and dark modes. Below are a few examples:
